I AM so glad that you’ve found your way here! My name is Kary Kruger and I am an experienced industry leader with a heart for creating and supporting online entrepreneurship in the wellness industry. Leadership is not about rank and ego; leadership IS about mindset, heart, and CREATING NEW LEADERS. (The only difference between you and me is that I have been here a little bit longer longer)! Access Your Kannaway Referral Link Back Office
Explore your business site from a potential customer’s perspective (outside link). Note product descriptions and pricing, videos, science, etc. Then take time to log into and explore your “back office” – there is a great deal of training there – and you will find your marketing links, access the gift card program, add or edit your monthly 110 points smart ship order, view events and stay connected info – and more, Please take 10 minutes daily to familiarize yourself with these three important resources (save, download and print): 1) Getting Started Guide, 2) Rewards Plan, 3) New BA Training Overview
Create Your Monthly Smartship
Make sure you have a personal monthly smart ship for a minimum of 110 points so that you are eligible to maximize the compensation plan as your business grows, check out video training, monitor your genealogy and track new preferred customer and Brand Ambassador (BA) activity. Note: you have 60 days to place new Brand Ambassadors in your organization. Please be in touch with your sponsor or an upline leader to strategize with regard to building your Kannaway business.
Get Connected to Kannaway
Please “like” and “follow” the Kannaway corporate facebook fan page; share on your timeline / invite people to “like” and follow as well (become a Kannaway storyteller and create a following!). Facebook ‘friend’ and/or “follow” your team of leaders; and ask your enroller to create a “welcome post” on your personal Facebook timeline – tagging you and your direct upline on facebook so that we can welcome you with comments and attract people in your social network.

Begin Sharing Kannaway.
Your goal is to create a “following” on social media. Ideally, make a written or electronic list (there is something very powerful about writing names down) of your top 25-100 prospects; reach out and ask them if they know about the benefits of CBD / Hemp Oil. Choose 3 people per day to connect with. Point, guide and direct them to resources online – including www.whychoosecbd.com or www.cbdhempvideo.com and your personal Kannaway referral link (see your websites in your back office under the Marketing tab).
Another resources you may want to refer people to is: www.echoconnection.org (Kannaway’s non-profit 501C3 resource for Education, Collaboration and Hope). The Education Tab will allow your prospect to search published research and scientific data on specific health issues of interest. Next, get them on the PHONE via Introduction / Connection / 3-Way Calls with an upline support leader to answer their questions and edify you and the Kannaway phenomenon. THIS WORKS. Do this, teach this, and watch your network explode over time!
Start RIGHT NOW! Make a handwritten list of the top 25-100 people with whom you want to share Kannaway – voice to voice! Share this list with your enroller – asap. There is something powerful about making a physical list – and adding to it daily. Use YOUR personal (compliant – no medical claims) Kannaway story and/or business excitement and get your prospects interested using our simple steps of LOOK/LINK, LIKE, LISTEN AND LEARN.

4) Follow up via phone with people using an Introduction / Connection / 3-Way Call (see info below on 3rd Party Validation) so that they can LEARN more and get their questions answered by someone who knows “a little bit more than you”!

FAST ACTION TIP #1:
Write down your WHY and initial goals – share with your sponsor!
Arrange a “Welcome Call” with your sponsor and one of your upline leaders.

Build Your List from your Network by Identifying Initial 25 contacts (goal is to grow a list of 100 within 2-4 weeks)

Follow ups and Introduction / Connection / 3 Way Calls with upline enroller or support team members
Your goal: 25 voice-to-voice touches ASAP ; ). Success loves speed, enthusiasm and excitement!
FAST ACTION TIP #2
Ask your enroller / sponsor to create a TEXT MESSAGE GROUP asap with you, your enroller, and your upline leadership team. You will use this group message to request and arrange support / 3 way calls – with TIME ZONE. For example, new promoter texts to the group: “Is anyone available for a 3 way call now please?” – or “I need a 3 way call at 7 EST please.” (If your group uses a mix of Androids and iphones, you may encounter fragmented groups replies.) iPhones tend to be best for this tool.
FAST ACTION TIP #3
Make a hand-written list of (at least) your 25-50 top contacts with whom you want to share Kannaway with in the next 2-5 days. Think about 3 categories of people: 1) People who trust you; 2) People who want better health and wellness; 3) People who are looking for additional income from home (or anywhere they can get a cell phone signal). Start reaching out daily and get permission to send them some information.
Recommended verbiage: “Hi _____. I’ve got my entrepreneur / business / CEO hat on today… “Have you heard about the benefits of CBD / Hemp Oil? I’m just learning about the many profound benefits in wellness and I’m also looking at this as a business. You strike me as someone who might find this fascinating too!”
“I’m excited about something I’ve found and what it’s doing for me in my life. I don’t know if it’s for you but I’d love to send you some information so you can check it out. May I send you some info? (If yes:) “Great! I’ll follow up with you to get your feedback.”
Then – most importantly, FOLLOW UP to see what they liked and get a support person / friend who knows a little bit more than you do to answer questions!
Your job as a new BA is to be a CONNECTOR, not an expert. Reach out to your family, friends and social network with excitement and enthusiasm. Give a couple of personal examples of feeling better to create interest i.e.) I’m sleeping great and I’m having less physical discomfort / inflammation; improved focus, mood, energy etc.
It is your leadership team’s main job to be available to answer questions, support and edify you as a new promoter on Introduction / Connection / 3 Way Calls. Use this critical tool in following up to connect others with your support team who “know a little bit more than you do”.
An easy transition from a personal phone conversation to an Introduction / Connection / 3 Way Call with a support person is, “That is a great question, hang on let me check that out…” Or, “I was just on the phone with my friend and colleague ____ and I was telling her about you. I think you’d really relate to her / her story. Let me see if she has a couple of minutes for us. Hang on…” The add upline (tap on + icon on smartphone dialer), select contact, dial then merge (+ sign turns to merge sign). Introduce (like 2 friends) – and edify your support person – let someone with a bigger story and more experience help you. See below info on 3 way calls. GOAL: 25 VOICE TO VOICE TOUCHES WITH UPLINE SUPPORT TEAM WITHIN 7 DAYS. This will create momentum!
FAST ACTION TIP #4
Within your first week: schedule your first private “Team Call” (also called a “Launch Call” or “Family and Friends Call”) with your enroller and upline leader(s).
Consider doing a Facebook LIVE video with your sponsor or upline director interview style! Talk about why you joined Kannaway, what you love about the products and what your business goals are. Let your sponsor do the “heavy lifting” and educate people in your network on the customer and BA opportunities with Kannaway. OR Go to Free Conference Call HD and get a free conference call line: www.freeconferencecallhd.com, Ask your enroller or upline leader to help guide you in creating a “Facebook event” or create a pic collage (free app) graphic or clever text to engage people! Invite friends, family and social media connections and promote your first Team / Kannaway Launch Call / Family and Friends Call on your profile page. Your goal: have 10-20 friends to listen in, learn more and support you. (This call may be recorded and used for follow up – but do not include this info in the Launch Call Invitation / Event). The first “Team Call” (aka “Kannaway Launch Call” or “Family and Friends Call) should be 15-20 minutes or less.
Anatomy of this Facebook LIVE or call:
1) You, as the new BA, welcome your guests and BRIEFLY (2-3 minutes) talk about your (compliant) Kannaway Product Experience AND/OR why you are excited about PMB. You will then introduce and edify your leadership support team who will be joining you on the call.
2) Your enroller or upline support person then shares personal, brief Kannaway product and Business story.
3) Your upline leader welcomes guests and thanks them for being on the call, edifies you as a new Affiliate, and touches on their Kannaway Experience and Business testimonial. Then the leader gives a high-level view of Kannaway, highlighting business model, industry-shifting products, ways to be involved (Customer or Brand Ambassador), then touches on our simple system to get people full in informed/learn more: a) www.whychoosecbd.com or www.cbdhempvideo.com b) Corporate Fan Page: www.facebook.com/wearekannaway ; c) BA’s referral link to learn more.
4) New Brand Ambassador thanks friends and family for listening and offers to follow up! New BA posts recording on facebook and messages, texts it to people who could not be on the call. Schedule a Kannaway Business Launch / Hempy (Happy) Hour Tasting / Gathering, Coffee or “Kitchen Table” Social Event to kick off your business! Ask your upline support person for ideas and invite them to join you via FaceTime or zoom if they are not local. See training videos in your back office on hosting a launch.
